Trista is a Canadian-born registered nurse, entrepreneur, and mother of two boys, now proudly calling Davos home with her Swiss husband and business partner, Justin. With a background in nursing, she brings a strong foundation of care, attention to detail, and reliability into every aspect of her work.
In her free time, like many locals, Trista enjoys skiing in the winter and hiking or mountain biking in the summer. While learning German and integrating into local life, she is building Elite Alpine Management with a clear purpose: to provide peace of mind to homeowners, business owners, renters, and visitors.
Lauren Schmid
Lauren is a Canadian-born entrepreneur and mother of four, with deep German roots. After building a successful life in Florida, she and her husband Kai, made the decision to bring their family to Davos in search of a quieter, mountain lifestyle and a stronger sense of community.
With over 20 years of experience in property management in Florida, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and professionalism to everything she does. Her background has equipped her with a strong understanding of client needs, property care, and the importance of reliable, high-quality service. Now based in Davos, she is proud to bring that expertise to the local community—offering a level of experience and attention to detail that is both trusted and proven. Lauren is passionate about creating well-managed, cared-for spaces that give homeowners confidence and peace of mind.
